Kristen Bell catches husband Dax Shepard ignoring Harrison Ford at Golden Globes to watch NFL game
On Sundays, (mostly) everyone wants this.
Kristen Bell called out her husband, Dax Shepard, for watching football during the 2025 Golden Globes ceremony Sunday.
The “Veronica Mars” alum, 44, posted a video to Instagram, where she showed Harrison Ford and Anthony Mackie presenting an award before panning the camera over to the “Parenthood” actor, 50.
Shepard was watching the Detroit Lions play the Minnesota Vikings, with his phone propped up between his knees.
Bell captioned the clip, “#priorities.”
The “Nobody Wants This” star was nominated for best performance by a female actor in a television series — music or comedy for her role in the hit Netflix show alongside Adam Brody.
The Globe ultimately went to Jean Smart for her role in “Hacks.” Bell was nominated for a Golden Globe in the same category in 2019 for the “Good Place.”
The couple donned opposite outfits for the big night, with Bell opting for a gold Ashi Studio gown with a corset bodice while Shepard paired his suit with black and white checkered Vans and black sunglasses.
The couple — who tied the knot in 2013 — have two daughters, Lincoln, 11, and Delta, 10, who were at home during mom and dad’s night out.
In September, Bell revealed she was drawn to starring in the 2024 comedy because it was a “modern rom-com.”
“I love that the characters are what, 38? And that it addresses everything from the perils of dating apps to what it actually means for people with different backgrounds and outlooks on life to bridge those differences in the name of love,” the “Frozen” star told People. “It’s a grown-up rom-com.”
Shepard has also praised his wife’s performance in the streaming series — especially the chemistry Bell has with the “O.C.” alum, 45.
“Watching the first episode, he was like, ‘Oh my God, I want you to kiss him so badly,’ ” Bell said of Shepard in an interview with E! News.
“We watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I’d argue is the very best kissing scene ever, ever put on film,” Shepard confessed of the experience at the New Yorker Festival, teasing that, even though he and his wife have “incredible chemistry,” it’s not as good as Bell and Brody’s.
