Here’s what Glenn Close said during her censored 2025 Golden Globes speech

Close got censored!

Glenn Close was briefly bleeped as she presented the award for best drama film during the Golden Globes on Sunday night.

“One of my most treasured possessions is a letter that Katharine Hepburn wrote to me, in which she described what we all do as ‘this terrible profession. This terrifying profession. And let’s face it, this delicious way to spend your life,’” the “Fatal Attraction” star, 77, told the star-studded crowd.

As the “101 Dalmatians” actress kept speaking, the audio cut out, making her next words inaudible to viewers at home.

Footage of her speech was later uploaded to the Golden Globes’ YouTube channel.

“We are so f–king blessed and lucky, blessed and lucky to be together in this room,” Close said.

She added, “Let’s get to the reason why we’re here.”

Close then presented the award to “The Brutalist,” which also won Brady Corbet best director and Adrien Brody best actor in a drama.

It was a big night for “The Brutalist,” and for “Emilia Pérez,” making both movies front-runners for the 2025 Oscars.

During the Globes ceremony, Close sat next to Harrison Ford, 82, making a mini reunion for their 1997 thriller, “Air Force One.”

Ford — who was nominated for his TV show “Shrinking” but lost the Globe to “Shogun” star Tadanobu Asano — revealed to People last year that “Air Force One” is the movie he was in that he quotes most often.

“Because I fly, I probably say way more than I need to, ‘Get off my plane!'” he explained, citing a line from the movie.

He also took three suits from the movie, and “until about five years ago,” they were staples in his wardrobe.

Before Close took the stage, Golden Globes host Nikki Glaser amusingly gave her the nonsensical introduction as a “former drummer” for the heavy metal band System of a Down.

Close only presented and wasn’t nominated at this year’s awards. But she was nominated in 2021 for her role in “Hillbilly Elegy” and took home three Globes before that, for her performances in “The Lion in Winter,” “Damages” and “The Wife.”
